Bitnami containers give you the latest stable versions of our application and infrastructure stacks, allowing you to focus on coding rather than updating dependencies or outdated libraries.
Just like Bitnami cloud and virtual machine images, Bitnami containers are secure, optimized, consistent, and kept up-to-date. We are continuing our collaboration with Microsoft to ensure our catalog is validated and optimized for Azure’s Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other Azure container services.
Our containers offer a toolset for cloud-native developers all through the application lifecycle. We provide development containers that are easy to use and come with all the tools that you need for quick development cycles. When you are ready to move to production, you can simply switch to the production version of the same container.
The initial set of new containers published in the Azure Marketplace include the most popular development and production runtime containers, including Java and Node as well as webapps such as WordPress and Magento, and infrastructure components, such as NGINX, MongoDB, MySQL and more. See the full list of Azure ready containers and check back soon for more additions.
You can subscribe to our containers from the Azure Marketplace and import them into your own Azure Container Registry (ACR). And once you are ready to run these applications in your Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) cluster, you can use our production-ready catalog of Helm Charts.
